Born on the beautiful island of Hainan China. She is an accomplished business owner by having an LED Factory in China.
Annie immigrated to the US in 2011. After taking English classes to improve her language skills, she studied and became an Insurance Agent for Life and Health coverages.

As an immigrant and Green-Card VISA holder, she is very knowledgeable with the US immigration process. Annie assists many customers with the long paperwork process to become a resident and citizen.
Brad spent 35 years as a Finance Manager working for many corporations including Intel, The Gap, Honeywell, and Stanford Medical Center. Prodomentially as a cost accountant and financial systems expert.

He has completed Taxes for the past 10 years and as of 2017 has made this his full-time career. Tax preparation includes state and federal tax filings.
​
In 2017 he studied Property and Casualty Insurance and has provided coverage needs for homes, auto, businesses, and aircraft.
